they do not give a damn about us

<p>I am at the gateway Telekom now for the past hour. There are people before me that has been waiting for the past 2 hours just to be helped. I am an existing Telekom client. Is this how you treat your clients? All you need to do is employ more people, problem solved. An employee just told me some days the queues go out the door....Disgusting service!!! Please improve your service to us....i am here to take a new cell phone contract....but will rather go somewhere else because of this. </p>
