They do not deliver on their promise

I app**** for the January 2018 bigdeal that offers a 4mb dsl line(uncapped), LIT Tv box ,router and wifi range extender for R599.00 PER MONTH.First week of February I received a sms from telkom that my services will be installed and that I should ensure that I will be home on the date.On that date in early February,a technician from Open Serve arrived at my residence to start with the installation.After about 30 minutes he told me that he will be unable to complete the installation because he cant get access to a manhole in the street and that only telkom can open it.He told me that he will report back to Telkom and they will communicate to me the next step.I received a message about a week ago that the service was cancelled and they wont install the services which I app**** for without any explanation.After waiting for such a longtime just to be told that they are unable to install the services is mind boggling.I would never recommend Telkom to anyone.They dont deliver,period.
