They did not close my account as my request and then send legal to me

Hi,

I ask them to close my account, I did not receive any feedback from them (They have my email that sent adv. to me) today someone call me and said Telkom is their client and because I did not pay the last invoice is ....... and I shocked.

I am waiting for their feedback and I asked to close my account and is not clear why they want to I pay again when I ask to close if they did not close account I am not responsible for that.
