They debit First! You must wait 3 weeks!
<p>App**** online 8 June. They called 9 June to finalise application and was told it will take 5-7 days for delivery. I got debited full amount 13 June. I followed up 22 June just to be told its not at the couriers as yet and I need to wait until the next week. This is the worse service I have received from telkom mobile ever. They were very quick to debit me for something I dont have or use as yet. Be carefull of going to Telkom and falling for their adverti*****ts you will wait very long for delivery and you must pay first!!!! </p>
I followed up myself today. No one calls back. Yet again i am told that nothing has been done no dispatch and now its a different call centre who is apparently at fault. No one calls me. This is the worst service evere and I have been a loyal customer. This is *****ing as you took the debit order!!!!!!!!! Really bad service never again telkom

Hi Today is 1 July. Someone called me eventually on 29 June to explain that they only saw the debit order the Thursday 29 June (absurd) but I took it and he was supposed to email me a tracking number the same day. Nothing was received! This is really the worst I ever experienced from any company. They dont even care about you as the consumer yet they continue to market new products but the other consumers must wait. Tried to even call the call centre again today just too see if they have a tracking number but I waited almost 45 min no one answers there.
