They debit 7 times my normal instalment
I missed my premium payment for the month of September which is R200 and my debit date is on the last day of the month to my surprise yesterday Telkom Mobile deducted an amount of R1500 without confirmation or any communication at all<br> II understand I skipped a month but they had no right to deduct R1500 without my knowledge more especially on the 23rd <br> That's not our agreement <br> I'm very upset to say the least
