They charging when I consume NO service with them

For month I'm still charged for a land line I have NEVER used due to THEIR policy that it was required for ADSL, which I have cancelled Months ago. They reimburse of after several escalation, still to only charge me again this month on the credit they reimbursed. Rather shoot yourself then doing business with Telkom, it's far less painless.
