They charge me extra unnessary charges

hi <br> i want to say that i feel like that telkom charged me extra. for the month of march 2014. they cancelled my contract without confirmation from me. and when i told them to reinstate my contract they charged me wireless activation total of 400 what i suppose to not pay. and also they saying my contract is renewing in only march. but i took contract on november 2013. so as per me my contract must end in november 2015 but as per them its only march 2016. please help me out.
