I am extremely disappointed with the entire Telkom team, you company has absolutely no customer service skills what so ever, I am surprised that the name Telkom still exists with the type of service you offer. <br> I had a simple request to order a deal advertised on your website. Smart internet 3GB promo <br> First your website is useless the call me back option never works and there is no application option. Navigation is horrible. <br> Second your contact details you provide on your site never seems to be right, you hold on for a consultant for anything between 15-20min at a time to be told that you need to call another number. <br> Third you call the branch numbers and not only one but all your stores do not answer their phones and I have tried for over 3 hours and none of your stores answered my call during any of my 30 attempts. I even called the regional manager on *** more than 10 times and the number is ether engaged or there is no answer. <br> Also when speaking to your contact center they cannot sell customers anything that you advertise on your site, they can only sell you the most expensive deal from the site and after all my efforts and frustration your company put me throu
