they Called on the 6/10/2015 today the 19/10.2015

Telkom??? <br> <br> you called me on the 6th October to offer me a 3g with WIFI router. send an sms to let me know that some one will call me to arrange delivery etc. it has been 13 days since then. I called today, get told that it the courier company that is delayed. get given the number and tracking number. called them, they then told me that they are waiting for telkom to give them the package to deliver. then called back, phone put down on me, then called again, put on hold and then another person answers, and get told i musty call else where? this is a Telkom mess up yet i must chase you??? i what someone to call me today and tell me what is happening?
