They break their own promises

The WORST experience! I have been trying to do a sim swap for WEEKS now. This company promises that this job can be done in 24 hours - 2 days. I am on my fourth week of trying now. Your Fourways mall branch has no solutions except to be patient. Ridiculous customer service.
