They are very unprofessional, I've won a voucher through their Tap2Win competition by buying so many airtime vouchers ,when i finally get the sms that iv won a Dischem voucher They never sent the voucher so i can redeem it ,iv called in multiple times so i can get a voucher number,and they actually do recognise that I've won ,and they always promise to call back after telling me they have transferred the matter to the right department and it never happens
