They are utterly useless
Today I went to the telkom shop, like I always do to pay my adsl account. To my surprise after standing in a Q of about 25 people, I was told that you can not pay your account at a telkom shop. Now I ask you what the hell is the meaning of having an telkom shop. I was told to phone 1023 and they could assist me. This would be great, but again there is no answer. So Telkom please do the general public a favour and get your pathetic shops back in working order as this is an major inconvience!!
