They are ******* The worst service Ever

The worse service ever i took out a contract on a new phone which was successfully processed. My account was then debited in two days even though after a week i still have not received the phone that i was told will be delivered in 5 days. Everytime i call i am send from pilar to post cause no body wants to take accountability. The worse service ever. I just want my money back and never do business through telkom ever
