They are not refunding our money

<p>We were debited a cancellation fee that wasnt our fault as we did not cancel our contract. We have been trying to get our money back since November 2016 and all we keep getting is we need to wait 10 days. Absolutely unacceptable! </p>

We ave still not had any feedback yesterday or today and according to my husband they have resolved the call? How is it possible to resolve the call without paying the money back?
