They allow ******** to open account and tolerate *****

They allowed a ******* to open an account in my name, with false documents. I opened a case of ***** with them and it has been three months now, with no resolution. They keep billing me and said I must not reverse the payments if I want to protect my credit record. This is a clear case of ***** but no one there seems to be able to sort this out. I don't know what to do and they just keep *****ing my money.
