they all have no idea

I give up with this organisation. I have written a report about them they still haven't sorted me out. They are billing me for a line that was supposed to be suspended but instead it was closed as in cancelled. I can't even put to words exactly what these people are doing to me. For once I Phumlile Mahlalela am at a loss for words
