They advertise something they can't deliver
Towards the end of may 2015, I app**** for an upgrade on my 2Mbps Telkom line. I wanted to increase the line speed to 4Mbps. The consultant on the line put through my order and assured me that my neighbourhood could handle speeds of up to 10Mbps.

A few days later I got a phone call to inform me that my order had been processed (this was around the 1st of June). Getting home to test the line speed, I noticed that it was still too slow. I logged an incident with them ref no: 528CRK040615. Their technician visited the house and was unable to solve the issue. I was very surprised the next day when I got an SMS to say that my issue was resolved.

We are now in July. I have talked to their call center numerous times, logged another fault (which was also closed as \resolved")"
