There's a telkom employee who is providing my personal account information to my estranged husband.

My husband and I have separated for months now and yet this guy knows everything about my whereabouts/ who I am talking to and everything conversation I am having to the T. When I finally confronted him about the stalking, he confirmed that he's using someone on the inside (a telkom employee) to get all that information related to my account without my knowledge. Is this even legal at all? I am so sure that these people are no supposed to provide information on an account to a non holder! I'm outraged and terrified.
