There is no way to cancel you Telkom contracts

I am an estates administrator and i have been trying to cancel my clients Telkom accounts for the past few months.

Telkom told me to email them to cancel the accounts and then i called them when i received no response after 30days. When i spoke to their call centre agent they advised me that i must go into the store to cancel the accounts which i did.

when i went into the Telkom store they advised me that they could not assist me and i must email them all the cancellation documents. I advised them that i have done so three times already.

Telkom then advised me that they cannot assist me upon me contacting the complaints department.

'So Telkom how do you cancel your accounts that you so easily offer to clients....
