there is no reply for request cancelled Telkom services for over one month

<p>I have email all the relatives documents to Telkom on 15 JULY 2016 to request cancelled all service from Telkom. but after 1 month later there is no action taken and still need to pay unwanted service.</p> <p>I have also tried to called them many time , but they can't help me to cancel service and said we can't contact cancellation department directly to double check has received my request. </p> <p> </p> <p>please kindly forward my request to Telkom and get correct department help me to cancel this unwanted service soon as possible. </p> <p> </p> <p>many thanks</p> <p> </p>
