There is no futurehood with Telkom

We have an ADSl line with Telkom....unfotrunately! They claim to be the Futurehood with the fastest speed of everyone - what a joke!! We have an average upload speed of 1.42 and a download sped of 0.42. Some days its worse. I have repeatedly reported to them only to be told each time that the line is working fine. Are these people actually trained in this field?? Half the time this modem needs to be rebooted because the red light just comes on and we have no internet until it decides to work again. Come on Telkom... you either want business or you dont!
