There are no words to express how useless the staff in Telkom are !!!! no help in two months
<p>I have been waiting for two months and still no assistance from Tellkom.</p> <p>All I need to do is replace a line that was damaged due to construction and move it into a new building on the same property. I have made at least 30 calls to the call centre! which are no use at all. They keep pushing me from department to department but no one knows anything. I can’t believe that a simple request is taking so long. The best part is that there is no direct number to any Telkom manger or department. The just push you to the call centre and they know nothing. </p>
