T(H)elkom Paw Paw Spam - CONTINUAL

The number +***4 phones me up to 5 times a day. It is Telkom based and I have a Telkom based sim card so blocking does not help - obviously as a Helkom company they can bypass blocks. This starts around 08:00 and ends around 18:00 - it is obviously "manned" as the cut off time varies and office noise can be heard. Harassment - this has been going on for about 4 years with no end in sight - I am being forced to change numbers - definitely moving from Helkom!!!!
