Theives

Ive been trying to cancel my contracts for almost a year now. It all started last year November. Spoke to one of the consultants. Got all the necessary email address that i must email my cancelation letter to. Since then I've never received reference number or any feedback. Then again this year in January i calldd with and went through the very same process and also in May. My contracts have passed 2years now and im still being billed. Totally unacceptable.
