THEIR SERVICE IS THA SAME AS LOADSHEDDING

my wife filled out an aplication form more than a week ago they said aplication time will be no longer than 48 hours its been more than a week and no contact from them went instore to query last week saterday and they said they will contact us before the day ends its now a week later and still nothing this is really the worst experience i received in a long time what happened to customer service and communication
