Their is no question that Telkom is useless

<p>For everyone that wants to get internet... Do everything in your power to stay as far away as possible from TRLKOM. They are useless, undependable and just plain useless. I paid TELKOM for two years for a 4mb line and got the quality of a 2 mb line now thats *****ing but jip guess that is the country we live in. I told them just just want my line rental from TELKOM because I moved to mweb because their I actually get service and dont have to wait 2 hours on hold and pay my monthly cellphone bill just to hear ' sorry sir ' and then nothing. I fought with TELKOM to het a line installed for 3 months because they have no back up plan if their isnt a line installed? I mean really that you learn in grade 9 business always have a back up plan. Then I struggle my ass off to get data from TELKOM because no sir we can only activate it in 12 working days? Why exactly? You need to create a bit of data or what? Now when I told them I just want the line rental JUST THE LINE rental please cancel my data with telkom and everything I just need the line so MWEB can provide me with data.... Ah guess what that useless company then went and cancelled everything the whole line and then expect me to pay their technition cost because they cant handle the business life? This is bull man its a useless company that doesnt care about there customrs as long as they get their money they dont care... I hope there is a company that can start providing lines in SA because this monopoly bull is wasting the ordaniry peoples time and money what a waste of a company</p>
