Their Incompetence at my inconvenience6

When undertaking the contract, you are required to specify when you would prefer to be debited. However Telkom debits as and when it requires. Then you have inconsistent amounts, either short of R0.50 or none debited then 10-15 days after date when they were suppose to debit, I get a threatening message of service being interrupted if no payment is made. Subsequent failure to pay my subscription(which I must admit I could be partly blamed for) Telkom sends me an invoice to bill me for 2 months. However they debit me 3 days before my debit order date and R8.00 less than invoice amount which considering my subscription amounts is also R2.00 short. After getting a threatening text message of service being interupted and my account taken to lawyers, Micheal who serviced me to the best of his ability informs me that I need to go into a bank to pay the R8.00 that they failed to debit or alternatively do an EFT which will result in higher bank charges for me. Now I know why there is Buy Out option from a competing service provider and I would advise people to consider that option,I imagine it would be a lot less painful and expensive.
