Their customer service is poor, i have 2 mobile contracts with them, so i cancelled 1 contract on the 17th of August 2021 because of technical problem, i received an sms and email with reference number confirming my cancelation, but till today they're still taking money. for 2 contract from my account so i don't understand why because i cancelled 1 contract and i don't know if they will refund me
