Theft of LTE data

What is really concerning today is we have just been on the phone to the call center about our LTE wireless data bundle as we have run out. Our 20GB is all gone!

The router is used in our apartment in Sandton. According to your call center agent HUGE chunks of data have been used at several times this month already. Apparently usage in chunks of between 2GB and 4GB AT A TIME. Our bundle of course is now depleted and its only the 14th.

The worrying thing is that we use this apartment about 50% of the month on average. When we are not there and during the day / night when we are out the router is TURNED OFF. It is never left on unless we are actually using the internet for email or internet surfing.

We were supposed to get a case number for this report but nothing has come through. How is it this is happening? Are these SIMs being cloned and sold? This is unacceptable. This is theft. Sort it out.

I'm sorry I do not agree. There was no one in the apartment on some of the days when 2 or 4 GB were used. I want this escalated as theft.
