Theft, Incompetence and No Urgency!!!!!

<p>A refund request was initiated on September 30th and I was told by the agent who was assisting me that it would take 14 to 21 days. On the 1st of November I called to find out why I hadn't received my money back( I do not have an account with Telkom. I cancelled the order before it even reached me). I was told that the system showed I had retrurned the parcel but there was no proof that my bank account was debited( I had sent this proof on September 20th to another agent).</p> <p>I called again later to ask to speak to a manager, I then spoke to Lethu who said he would have to speak to the financial advisor to find out why the refund wasn't processed. He said he would call the next day. When he didn't make contact I emailed him as a reminder but he never called or rep****. I have been dealing with this query since August 2016. I am tired of people who have no knowledge of what procedures to follow when dealing with client queries. I am also tired of going on twitter poage and being told a representative will call me and no one does. No one is taking this seriously.</p> <p>I am going to open a case of theft with the police and lodge a complaint with ICASA.</p>
