Theft by telkom!!!

I cannot understand how a huge provider can be so useless, my data contract was canceled by error in Jan, i have not been receiving data yet billed each month, call in everyday trying to cancel my contract and i am totally helpless, i have probably spoken to every agent at telkom, yet non have assisted and i continue to be billed without a service, which is theft! got a call from Zuziwe Masilela a month ago promsing to assist havent heard from her since!...disgusting service indeed!
