THEFT BY TELKOM

I published a complaint about Telkom and till now NO one has contacted me. They clearly take money from people and even when the service is not used they still don't care to re-pay my money back to me, which was over 1k. This is shocking and we should take this to the media. Carte blanche and newspapers. Which is my next step.
