THEFT AND BAD COMMUNICATION

First of all - Telkom fiber is great and cheap. But customer service is terrible. I do not want to speak to a bot or whatsapp, I want to phone!!!!! BIGGEST ISSUE IS the Telkom guy that installed my fiber stole my wallet and vape (EXPENSIVE). After numerous times of trying to contact Telkom and report, no joy. I even asked for email addresses, NO JOY. Now they say I must go to the police. That is not the solution. I WANT FEEDBACK FROM TELKOM
