Theft

<p>I booked in my P9 lite Huawe at Mall of Africa on the 22/11/2016 as it was water damaged, I called in today 30/11/2016 to find out the progress , first I called Telkom Insurance and they told me they waiting for quotation from repair warehouse, I then called the repair center who told me that , they have for several times send the courier to collect the phone at Mall of African Telkom store and they are not getting the phone, I drove there today 30/11/2016 and no one is able to trace or find my phone what is said is that the manager locked himself for over an hour while I was in store with no assitance at all, the technical guy there is clues as where my phone is as he called the courier several time and they also told that they cant pick up the phone on their system, I never thought that a big company like telkom will ***** my phone and pretend as if all is alright , I want Telkom either find my phone today 30/11/2016 or replace it with immediate effect</p>
