THE WORST/USELESS NETWORK EVER!

Must be thee worst Network ever! They disconnect my services and tell me to make a payment and it will be reconnected immediately... I made the payment, and service is still not activated??? I am busy organising urgent matters here, I need my emails and my data??? I dont understand why u guys dont make things so easier for yourselves esp as self aclaimed leaders in the tech space, have an automated process that says if the payment reflects, the reconnect like DSTV? I am done with u guys, after this contract Im moving to Voda/MTN!

Now that u got the money, plz reconnect my services ASAP! I need emails, I need to make phone calls! This is utterly unacceptable!!! U cant jus collect and not hold ur end of the bargain!!!
