The worst telephone supplier. First of all one has to stand in queue in Mosselbay for an hour before you get someone who can help you. The it takes an hour to apply for a cell phone. If you have a problem with the phone, you cannot phone the shop and have to go back and stand in a queue again. If you phone Telkom no one answers the phone after you are kept waiting for 20 minutes and has to be frustrated having to listen to their message over and over again. Telkom also does not have an email address to which queries could be submitted. Telkom really has to look at their systems to streamline them, taking so much time to get something done is not acceptable.
