The worst Telecommunication company in the world

Raised a complaint with and opened a case with Telkom Customer Services on 14th December 2018 and was told I would be contacted within 2 weeks.

Eventually received a call relating to my complaint on 9th of February which has since been closed and marked as resolved though it has not yet been resolved. Having worked and lived in numerous countries around the world I can easily say that Telkom is the worst telecommunications company I have ever had to deal with regarding customer service. In fact I would actually give negative stars on this review if at all possible.
