The worst TAT to ever exist!

I called Telkom on 31 July 2025 to request for a settlement letter. I was advised that I would receive it within 48hours. On 4 August 2025, I called again and they escalated the query and promised me my settlement letter within 24hours. Today is the 7th and I still have not received anything from Telkom. It's as if they don't want me to cancel my contract. I have been sending emails but no one is responding me with banking details. The stores say they cannot help me, I need to contact the call center. When I do, I do not get help
