The Worst Service Provider - Telkom

My phone was ****** and for 5 days I’ve been calling each day without any assistance, each person blaming the previous for not doing the correct thing to get my ITC number. I still don’t have the number and cannot report to the police as they have requested this number to lodge the report. I have never dealt with such nonchalant consultant that insist on passing the buck instead of getting help from a manager. Sadly none of the managers who they promised would eventually call me has either - The network ever! The consultants I recall dealing with are Busisiwe who’s manager is Lerato and Promise who’s manager is Jada. Both assuring me that their managers would contact me to an update on my ITC. Still no contact and no ITC! The greater issue here is because I cannot get the case details from the police without the ITC number from Telkom I cannot claim from my insurance and why I’m going to hold Telkom severely and totally liable as it’s been their negligence, improper training, lack of service and horrid business practice that has now resulted in my loss and inability to replace my cellphone
