THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I'VE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF USING!!!

THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I'VE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF USING!!! Nonstop billing issues with them since signing up in February! And to make matters worse, their customer service levels are insanely poor. Every single month I'm complaining about the same, damn thing! And no one there seems the least bit bothered to pick up the phone and give me a courtesy call to explain their level of incompetence.
