THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN SOUTH AFRICA IS TELKOM HANDS DOWN!

<p>*********** Telkom, worst service provider still waiting for refund and LTE antenna to be installed</p> <p>I have sent numorous emails and spoken to numorous people over the past 5 months to sort our my account and refund due to my data going missing, it has been confirmed that the data was not used up and that i needed to be refunded. Instead of refunding me R 2 700 i got R 1000, In my previous complaint you will see the story. Before moving to another premises a Telkom representative came out and had a look a the LTE signal at the new premises, confirming the signal is very good, after moving we found that the LTE had only 2 bars and was moving from LTE to 3G the whole time, we are reliant on our LTE as we use VOIP to run our business, our LTE is NOT working.... I logged a query with Telkom for them to install an untenna free of charge due to the fact that they informed me that the premises has suficient Signal, now we are paying for LTE but using 3G??? After being informed that a telkom technician will be in contact i waited, i am still waiting 2 weeks later! If you have a choice don't ever use TELKOM they are useless, *****ing money and promicing serive. If my contract is done im done with TELKOM!</p>
