The Worst Service Provider I Came Accross.

This is the worts service provider i have ever come accross. I am having a cellphone contract with Telkom and in July 23 i changed my banking details and spoke to one of Telkom consultant to update my banking details so that they can be able to debit my account as normal and have also made arrangements with Telkom to debit the arrears amount together with the September billing on the 26th September 2023 but to my surprise my service was suspended.

What kind of business is Telkom running if we can make arrangements and they can just terminate/suspend the service if there's arrangements in place? It is clear that Telkom does not consider its client and i will request that they listen to the recording for the person who updated my banking details with them and activate my service A.S.A.P.
