The worst service provider ever experienced in my life

After I terminated my contract with Telkom, they kept debiting my account regardless. My terminated contract number was also in use by someone whose bill was sent to me. I was assured that the matter will be taken care of however, I have now been blacklisted for not paying for a bill that did not belong to me. I am unable to get credit facilities because of this I regret the day I took a contract with this SP. I will never ever refer anyone to them!
