The worst service provider ever!!

Ive had a R99 telkom data contract for six years now, in March they decided to debit me R500 which I returned, I called and queried but the agent was very playful and she hang up on me, I called again and I spoke to Sibongile who also hang up on me. The last agent i spoke to told me to come with lawyers so i can access the recordings and prove that what they are doing is *****. they dont even protect their client's i am so hurt because of my credit score is affected
