The worst service provider ever!!!!

No Internet for this whole week. I call they tell me different stories. They promised me a technician however they can't provide a TAT. In all my time with Telkom... I've never once had anyone come out to fix my issues.

I'm approaching exams WITH NO INTERNET.

THEY ARE SO QUICK TO TAKE OUR MONIES BUT NO SERVICE DELIVERY. TOTAL AND UTTER *******
