The Worst Service is "Telkom Service"

All I wanted to do was upgrade my fibre line. Could not register online, so drove to the mall, stood in a line for 1hour to be told by a very friendly assistant that in order for me to do this I need to contact Vumatel, he even supp**** me with a number for them. Got home to be told by Vumatel to contact my service provider. After 45minutes back and forth to various consultants the last consultant put the phone down in my ear. I will be looking for a new service provider and never do business again with Telkom.
