The worst service in the world.

I want to make a complaint about telkom's service. If I could I wouldn't even rate them 1 star. They provide pathetic service and empty promises on empty promises. I am fed up with all these lies. I moved into my flat at one December and I still don't have internet. My girlfriend had to take two days leave to sit at home waiting for the technician and we still don't have internet. All telkom has to do is activate our line. I live in Stellenbosch, Prinspark. The technician's name is Coby and the pathetic telkom consultant's email address is the following **********

I want to know when the technician will come to my flat and sort out our line. I want his number so that I can contact him. I want them fired. I really over this ****.
