The worst service I have ever experienced!!!!!!

There honestly should be no rating for Telkom, as they are the worst, they deliver the most horrible service, from going to the branch to calling there call centre.

I'm disgusted on how they treat there clients, telkom updated my information incorrectly on the credit bureau and I have been calling there call centre every day for the past week to assist me as they need to update the correct information to the bureau. Not one person I spoke to understood what I was talking about not even the team leaders. How to I get assistance from a service provider that is so ***********!!!!!

The sad part of this complaint is the fact that it will be read and nobody will even try to assist or bother responding.

Telkom is a ****y company and I cant wait to be free of them.
