The worst service I have ever come across

Telkom probably has the worst service out of any company in SA. I have been waiting 3 months for a line transfer and after numerous calls and promises of appointment dates I to date still have not received one call from technicians. The day before yesterday the telkom assistant told me that a booking has been set for today, so I phoned Telkom this morning and the assistant tells me that that there is no booking on the system. Can anybody please explain what is going on there?
