The Worst Service From Telkom - Stay Away !!!

I am so Disgusted , Irritated and Furios with Telkom , on the 16th of April a Lady by the name of Samukelisiwe Nothando Ncwane from Telkom called me to offer me a cell phone contract , I complete the application and sent her all my personal documents , the deal was concluded and I was informed that I will receive the cellphone package in 7 to working days , today a month later nothing was delivered .So I called Telkom to find out , none of the agents who assisted me was able to trace my information on their system . So I am quite concerned what she did with my personal documents and information .And yesterday she promised to call me back with feedback to date nothing has materialized .
